The Cisco-compatible QSFPTEK 40G QSFP+ SR4 optical transceiver is a high-performance, cost-effective solution designed for short-range 40 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity over multimode fiber (MMF). Operating at an 850nm wavelength, this module supports distances up to 150 meters on OM4 fiber and 100 meters on OM3, making it ideal for modern data centers, enterprise networks, and high-speed interconnects.
Equipped with an MTP/MPO-12 connector, the module utilizes four parallel channels transmitting 10Gbps each, delivering a total bandwidth of 40Gbps. It is fully compliant with IEEE 802.3ba and QSFP+ MSA standards, ensuring seamless interoperability with Cisco switches, routers, and network interface cards.
With low power consumption, hot-swappable capability, and Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM), this transceiver ensures efficient, reliable, and scalable network performance.
