  • The ASR-903 is a fully modular aggregation services router platform built for carrier Ethernet, enterprise WAN, and mobile backhaul deployments.   • The chassis supports up to six interface modules, dual Route Switch Processors (RSPs), dual AC or DC power supplies, and a redundant fan tray, enabling resilient network operation and simplified scalability. Online insertion and removal (OIR) support allows interface modules, RSPs, fan trays, and power supplies to be replaced without disrupting active services.
  • Built for converged mobile, residential, and business services, the Cisco ASR 903 supports Carrier Ethernet, L2VPN, L3VPN, pseudowire services, Timing over Packet (IEEE 1588), SyncE, and TDM timing capabilities. The platform is optimized for metro aggregation, IP RAN, and remote point-of-presence (POP) applications requiring low power consumption, shallow deployment depth, and high operational reliability.
