Description

Cisco AIM-ATM-VOICE-30 is an Advanced Integration Module that combines the functionalities of the AIM-ATM and AIM-VOICE-30 modules into a single unit. This integration allows for efficient processing of both ATM traffic and voice/fax services over T1/E1 interfaces. It supports ATM Adaptation Layer 2 (AAL2) and AAL5 encapsulation, enabling the transport of voice and data over ATM networks. Additionally, it provides Digital Signal Processing (DSP) for up to 30 voice channels, facilitating high-quality voice communication over the same T1/E1 links

Segmentation and Reassembly (SAR) for AAL2 and AAL5 encapsulation.
Inverse Multiplexing over ATM (IMA) support for up to four T1/E1 links.
